After they posted Online their Pre-Owned Specials, I signed up to have more info about the Celica GTS car. Their Sales Agents are very professional over the phone, straight forward, and gave me what I needed to make an informed decision on email. I remember Sales Agent Mr. Mark welcomes me outside their store when I just arrived. Right there I felt important to them. Whatever decision I made, they respected and granted it like a Boss indeed. It was very pleasant, no-pressure, relaxing, enjoyable experience buying my car at Moss Bros Buick GMC. Even during the wait, Mr. Mark made sure that it was not a long wait, and conversations were informative and "lively," and never felt dull. Mr. Jon P. gave me a reasonable price and best options for the car. First time to ring their Gong! A Very Unique Experience indeed. I love my Car, I love their Customer Service. Ms. Diane (from service) is also very professional. Over-All it was a 5-star experience! Quality of Service is Outstanding! Will gladly buy another Celica GTS from them :)

The reason that I buy vehicles from Moss Bros. and not the other dealers is the sales, and service dept. I have purchased other vehicles from other dealers, but I have never been satisfied with their sales or service like I am with Moss. I assure you, I will never buy another vehicle from any other dealership. Please keep up your good work, and don't change. I am not the only one that feels this strong about Moss Bros. Thank you.

Yes very timely service. Information was appropriate. Vehicle was washed very well!Most important, Jon Pena, who helpled me over the phone this time, but has helped me personally in the past, is honest, genuine, and made me confident in leaving my vehicle there.He does not have the "typical salesman approach" that makes everyone feel like you have to keep your guard up. Personalities like his will keep me coming back.

My experience at Moss Bros. Buick GMC... This was the best experience I have ever had buying a new vehicle. Raul Solorio and Richard Latham are two terrific professional salesmen. Raul spent many hours finding the perfect vehicle for me, that met my wants and desires. When it came to the final decision and purchase both Raul and Richard spent the time with me on test rides and teaching me how to use all of the new systems in the vehicle. I would also like to thank both of the people in the finance section (and I apologize for not remembering their names), they also spent time explaining all the rates and paperwork involved in the purchase. I am now enjoying showing off my new 2014 GMC truck to my friends and family. I want to thank everyone again at Moss Bros. Buick GMC for the most pleasant truck purchase I have ever made. To let you know how special this was, I would like you to know that during my vehicle purchase lifetime I have had 5 trucks (4 GMC/Chevy; 1 Datsun), 2 SUV's (both GMC products), 1 Astro Van, 2 VW products, 1 MG and 1 Porsche.So this isn't my first time at the rodeo. 2005 GMC Envoy XL
My experience of buying my SUV was wonderful. I would only go to you to purchase and I have already given out 3 cards. We were met in the pouring rain by Richard at GMC. We were looking for a used GMC Envoy with lower miles. He could not find anything big enough for our family and he tried so hard. He then turned us over to the beautiful Patricia and Michael Jackson whom my boys fell in love with. They worked so hard and all of a sudden she asked us what color we want our Envoy to be. We said black or dark blue. She drove us across the street, said she had a surprise for us and to close our eyes tight and said keep them close. She stopped in front of the most gorgeous Envoy and told us to open our eyes we were so happy I had tears in my eyes. The outcome is we drove this wonderful car home and it is ours. She not only helped us, she became a friend and we will always come back to you. Never once did we feel pressured either. I must tell you that this was the best experience we have ever had in buying a Automobile. Thank you So Much for all your help in getting us in the right car.

2009 Jeep Liberty
Keith and Michael Jackson were great. I kept Keith laughing for the 8 hours I was there. I tried to teach Michael how to do the moon walk with his hands. He need more training but I feel he will get it. These 2 people that are in your dealership treated me like I was a king. My credit is not great, but Keith and Michael would not give up. I was in sales for forty years and Keith and Michael reminded me of myself when I was younger. Moss Bros. has two great people that are GREAT. They really cared about me. Allison in the internet department called me at home and she got me to come in. So you have 3 people that are great caring people. I hope these people, Michael,Keith, Allison are still with Moss Bros. when I come back to buy my 2nd auto from you. 2013 GMC Terrain
I recently purchased a 2013 GMC Terrain at Moss Bros. GMC from Theresa Chandler. Between Theresa and her Sales Manager, Charles Bradfield, they made this the most pleasant and easy car buying experience ever! As soon as I saw the car I wanted on the Moss Bros. website, I emailed Theresa. She contacted me within minutes and set up a time for me to come look at my car. When I got to the dealership, my car was set aside all clean, shiny, and ready for me to drive home. Theresa made sure she explained all the ins and outs of the Terrain, and answered all my technical questions. When I decided that I wanted to purchase this car, Theresa skipped the typical car salesman mumbo jumbo and came right out and gave me the best price she could offer; I didn't even need to haggle! She looked into what the car was invoiced for and made the deal a little sweeter even. While I was signing all the paperwork for my little Terrain, Theresa was out with my car, detailing it and topping off the tank. I am so proud of the purchase of my new car! I am definitely recommending Moss Bros. GMC to all of my friends and family!

I would like to send a special thank you to the service dept. Especialy to Liz. I don't know her last name so I hope there isn't more than one. I work for the San Bernardino City Unified School Dist. For the last 5 years or so we have opened our whse to the Toys For Tots as a staging and distribution point for toys. Since all of them are volunteers it is sometimes hard to coordinate all the pick-ups at the various donation sites. The district has been very kind in letting myself and the other drivers help out the Marines in making a few pick-ups. On Dec21 my partner and I were in the Sunnymead/Moreno Valley area to pick up a truckload of toys. Our directions were in error and we could not find our address. We decided to stop at your dealership to ask for directions. Liz was able to look up the address and tell me that it didn't exist. She then looked up the name of the charity that was waiting for us and found it. The first two numbers were transposed. She printed up some directions and made it possible for us to get back to our whse in time to give out most of the toys we picked up. Again, I would like to give a big shout out to Liz for making Christmas brighter for many needy children.

I want to thank the internet Dept. at the Moss Bros. Buick GMC Dealership in Moreno Valley. With the help of Theresa and Rick, the internet managers, they were able to find me a Buick LaCrosse with all the equipment and color of my choice. This late into the model year made their search somewhat difficult with my color and equipment choices, but with their diligence we finally found a car.
