First of all, I went in on June 17th for a diagnostic and the service manager told me he would order the parts needed for my service and for me to give a call back in 7-10 business days if I hadn’t heard from them. I waited a few more days than the 10 to call and when I did, I was told that no parts had been ordered. The girl I spoke to told me she would overnight the items and call me within 2-3 day. Service manager calls me to tell me the parts had arrived, but that there were no appointments available until a week out. I took the appointment for Tuesday the 15th at 10:30 am and was told my car should be available by the end of the day. Later that day I get a call telling me that unfortunately they wouldn’t have it ready, that it was a 5 man job and that they wouldn’t do the best to get it done the next day by the morning since I told them I had an appointment on Wednesday at noon. I get a call from service manager on Wednesday at around 11:30 telling me that the technician was not yet able to work on my vehicle, but that he would have it done by the end of the day! Why schedule an appointment for a day if no technicians were available to work on the vehicle? This has been an ongoing problem at this dealership and to be honest I would not recommend them at all!

Everyone was very kind and they worked with me and my needs. The supervisor was very kind. I just wish someone would have gotten through all the particulars of the car. We are trying to figure thing out as we go.
