When two companies from different companies who are some of the best in their respective fields team up the outcome is almost always positive. So, when we at Moss Bros. Buick GMC heard that mobile mogul, AT&T, was teaming up with one of our favorite automakers, GMC, we knew it was going to be great.

You see, GMC and AT&T are working together to create a sophisticated infotainment system for use in new GMC models. With integrated smartphone connectivity all the rage, it seems like the perfect time to embark on such a project.

And, though the infotainment systems available for GMC are already high quality, the new lightning fast speed of 4G LTE connection requires a bit more insight and expertise to navigate. Enter AT&T, an industry giant with a projected 300 million U.S. subscribers for 2014. The company is the perfect choice to team up with the popular American automaker.

Moreover, GMC has set some pretty ambitious goals for itself, citing 2015 as the year it plans to have 4G LTE available for its models. Ambitious yes, but if anyone can attain it, GMC can, and with the help of its friend, AT&T, it's in the bag.

Speaking to the collaboration, Ralph de la Vega, president and CEO of AT&T Mobility. He says, "While our 4G LTE network will provide fast, reliable mobile broadband for GM's connected vehicles, we're also looking forward to working directly with GM researchers and engineers as well as the developer community to invent new in-vehicle applications that will take full advantage of our powerful network,"1
