This is the 27th year that the survey has been conducted, and it is a great way to gauge overall brand quality and customer satisfaction.
As we said, GMC scored 90, which means that 90 problems were reported per 100 vehicles during that 90 day period. The industry average is 113 problems per 100 vehicles, with many brands doing far worse.
